I was just told on live chat that I have an outage that is not an outage? Huh? Oh, and it will take 4 days to fix. Double huh? Makes one wonder what could be so wrong that it would take that long to repair?
Shed some light on this people!

I definitely understand how frustrating it is to be in an outage and have no information on when relief will come. Please email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name/full address and reference this post.
