Hi, I know how important a reliable connection is. Once we detect a declared outage our local field teams begin work to fully resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our Internet has been down since around noon. The website said it’s down for maintenance and is expected to be back at 4:30 something, then 5:39, and now it’s 8:38. I’m insanely furious. IF it is down for maintenance, why would Cox choose this time?! It makes no sense and I’m less than thrilled about the time continuously being pushed back.
