Opening page
Just one users opinion but the "new" opening page isn't as good as the old one was. Did you guys run this "new" version by any existing users before just dumping it out there?

I agree. I HATE it. It may be bigger and easier to read the articles, but I don't like having to click through several pages. If I wanted to read something, I just clicked on it. Get rid of this "new" page and bring back the old one OR give the individual customer the choice of which one they want.

Wait, that is the new home page look. Guess I will switch to Yahoo or MSN. Cox's attempt to make it easier just added a dozen steps to the situation. It royally **. Hope they are reading this.
