Moving and need to keep email
With all the people who are moving around the country why do you not provide an email only option?
We are moving out of state and we will be canceling our Cox Internet account once we sell our house and pack up to move out.
We don't know whether Cox will be available in the area that we eventually find a house to buy. But we need our email accounts for business purposes! At the very least I need to keep my Cox address until we have our new Internet service established in our new home.
I hope that I won't need to make the decision to cancel our service before then and switch to a satellite service that we can move with us, but at this point it seems there is no other option.
I've been often disappointed with Cox email anyway. I guess this is another sign that it's time to find another provider and avoid Cox in the future.

A moderator would need to confirm if this rule still exist.

I have a similar dilemma....I'll be moving also and would like to automatically forward my cox emails to my yahoo account and eventually change primary email address. Is this possible? it doesn't seem so? Can anyone confirm? Thank you.
