Missing Archive Emails.
My Cox email archive folder shows 0 messages. Ironically, I just saved an email from U.S. Passport Office to the archive yesterday. Now, I have no access to the email. 04/18/2024
Puff it's gone. Years of important saved emails in the email archive folder... vanished. What can anyone do?

Hi Plansmaker,
I'm sorry to hear that your archived messages have been deleted. Do you also use any 3rd party programs for your email? If so, are you using IMAP or POP settings?
