Limiting Bandwidth
Is there a way with Cox to limit the amount of bandwidth certain devices use? My Apple TV runs apps lie HBO Max that have no throttling capability. Is there a way within Cox to limit the speed with which some streaming apps can pull data?

No setting to throttle or limit bandwidth. HBOMax may have a setting within an account...which you may have to create...to limit the format of the video, such as 720p only.
