TV5Monde is unwatchable yet again

Please correct your system issue that is causing breakup of video and audio on channel 517. TV5Monde is the only reason we still use Cox. The most likely cause, in my opinion as N electronics engineer, is a bandwidth issue on a satellite link due to equipment failure or antenna misalignment. Please correct this recurring issue and monitor to assure that it does not reoccur repeatedly. The issue occurs only on this one channel so please do not try to blame it on my equipment again. It is clearly an upstream problem.
