Like others I am having problems with Cox E-Mail. Does Cox have plans to fix the e-mail specifically with https://webtop.west.cox.net/? This has gradually gotten worse over the last few months and is now I am unable to access e-mail.

Try logging in at idm.west.cox.net/coxlogin.  It works pretty good for me here in AZ.

For the outrageous price we pay for this service it is pretty inexcusable that Cox still can't get their webmail act together. Some parts of the day it works and other parts it doesn't. C'mon now, this has been going on for months. JUST>FIX>IT!!!!
