Is there a way to delete emails on Webmail and have it delete in Wndows Live Mail?

When I delete an email in Cox Webmail it remains in Live Mail.

@Jwblue17, Windows Live is a third party program that is not associated with Webmail. You will need to delete it from both webmail and Windows Live. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

webmail is imap correct, if deleted in cox webmail, it'll never get to other devices??

@Bearone2, That will depend on when the other software is scheduled to check for updates. If checked first, then the email will pull prior to being deleted on webmail. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

in the windows live mail settings uncheck leave mail on server
