probably means your 12 month special pricing ended. call and they will set you up with new pricing. just did it a few days ago.

This would have been a 50% off special...nice!  What plan do you have...150 Mbps?  Cox may have bumped your plan for some unknown reason.  Cox decided to bump mine from 150 to 200 but I didn't ask for it.  I corrected and got it reduced by $10.  It seems their prices are completely arbitrary.
