Internet Down in 23454

Its been down in our neighborhood since 3:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct 29th and continues at 2.49 p.m. Friday Oct 30th.  Cox customer service states technicians have fixed problem, but they have not.  Then online states there's an outage.  Very annoying.  Actually. Do not know if cox is even on this issue.  At this rate may have to change to direct TV.
