I hear sound but no picture is showing…. L
Television screen is black, tv has sound.
Sceen says Oops…..unfortunately this feature is not working. Cox is too expensive for the down time issues

Are you having this issue on all channels? If you are using an HDMI cable have you tried a different port on the TV or another HDMI cable?
