We monitor data usage at the point of entry which would be the cable interface on the modem itself. You can sign into your http://www.cox.com account to see usage history by day/month although no means of exporting this data is available. If you're wanting more granular data usage monitoring your wireless router may have a data usage tracking feature that can help.
