how do you play a recorded program in contour on your computer? I can see the program but there is not way to make it play.

Hi Bobb, customers who subscribe to IPTV and Cloud DVR service can watch recorded programs through the Contour App or watchtv.cox.com. Content recorded using a host/DVR receiver is stored on the receiver's hard drive and cannot be accessed online. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
