There is a link for Get help via Live Chat but there does not seem to be any actual chat? What is up with that?
If Cox is to busy to respond could you not at least have dialog window stating that?

But don't you want to use their helpful automated question and answer page of utter ** instead of talking to someone to report the issue that you know if instead?
And cra p is now such an offensive word it needs to be censored.
