Fiber ONT no service light

Last Tuesday evening my service went out. Once service was restored my fiber terminal only has power and ethernet lights on. How can I reset. I have been without service for days and I need it for work. Smart help says it can't communicate with equipment

Take the power off of the Fiber ONT, as well as the router, for 30 seconds, (Lets the power drain from all internal components), then plug back in, IF the ONT still doesn't have a online light, call cox and request a technician, it indicates a problem on their side.
