Exceeded maximum posts error message

I'm receiving the following error message when attempting to post for the first time today.

I can publish a new discussion, but can't post to another discussion.  New forum issues continue.

Edit: Tried again a few minutes later and was successful.

To any moderator:  Please forward this new issue to the appropriate contact.
