It's getting real tiresome I cannot get connected to cox email - "Waiting for Response" and NOTHING two three times a bloody day why and where in *** do i get credits for failure to use my email from Home

Hi Cannot type in cox email, are you able to login to Web Mail on the Cox website and send/receive email?
