I just got email saying my email box has reached its storage limit its asking me to validate due to I can not send or receive till this is done.It came form a Ryan Slattery signed by cox.net help desk  Is this really true????

@Jrichard. I do not recommend responding to an email that requests personal information in this manner. You can always check to see if your email is full by logging directly in to our website at cox.net. -Allan Cox Support Forums Moderator.
