Does Cox lock a thread just because they don't like what is being said?

I was looking at a thread about the Panoramic wifi modem.   I discontinued my home phone line and so Cox stated they had to come out and swamp the modem.

Go figure Cox to somehow 'stick it to ya' when you try to pay less to them.   The Panoramic wifi modem is absolutely horrible when it comes to noise!  

This is the second one I have.  I had the installer swap it out from the first one when he was here and same thing.  I asked to just keep what I had but they wouldn't let me.  Seems like the other thread got locked once Cox was not liking multiple complaints on this modem
