I noticed that I’m still being tracked on my daily usage, and also I’m warned when I get close to maxing it out each month. I had thought spectrum was unlimited. Do you have to change plans to get that or ask for that unlimited plan or have they just not changed it over yet? Also, I currently have the 250 megabyte speed plan and I’m wondering, isn’t there a lower one as I just retired and looking at still wanting Internet but not as much speed as needed. Thank you.

Hello. Yes, to receive the Spectrum unlimited data option, an update to your internet plan is needed. You can log into your account at cox.com to see the various options available. If you need a specialist to assist with the choices, please reach out to us at https://www.facebook.com/Spectrum/ or on X with @Ask_Spectrum for assistance so that we can get you connected to one.
