Current cox plans with details are not available or not easily accessible online

this hasn't changed one bit, and I would like to know why.

I have to go digging through the entire website to try and find the list of current offered plans WITH DETAILS AND PRICING, and I am only assuming that they are there somewhere because I haven't hit pay dirt yet but I am sick of spending my time digging through the site looking for what I need.  It should be FACE UP WITH FULL DETAILS AND TOTAL COSTS and I should not have to contact an agent to find this info.  It feels deceptive,  and IS unacceptable.

It feels like cox is forcing a interaction with a sales rep .....who then starts all the ...'Well Have I got a deal for you' rhetoric which I am totally over.  Not to mention when I was getting troubleshooting on the phone the other day I got the 'upsell' with no pricing, but being told how I have to talk to a sales rep about it and how that particular plan isn't listed on the web site.

Everything should be listed out on the website with all the service details and a total price.  In addition, Cox should not be making up new prices as they go along...which they do, and exactly the reason I cancelled all my services except internet a few years ago.  Every time I called about a plan they started in about ...'well this is the price, but I can give you a better price for one year or 3 months'.  Then when the 'sale' they applied expires, the amount charged for the plan ends up negating everything you saved within the first 2 months of payments.  It feels like a big con job.

I have been with Cox for 20+ years because they were the only option.  Now there are other options that I am considering because of all this.

Hi,

I understand wanting to be able to know what the rates are. The best place to view our regular monthly rates is at https://www.cox.com/residential/product-and-pricing-guides/pricing.html

I just learned from tech support that my bill was going to be increased next month.  Wow, Cox doesn't even tell you what's coming until you get the bill.  This is an indication of a poorly run company.  I've been to the cox store, three times now, trying to get a good mini box.  Both mini boxes that I've gotten were bad and now Cox wants money to fix the problem.  They say that my home needs something done, but it's funny that my other two miniboxes work on the supposedly defective cable connection.  Well, this cinches it, I am done with Cox.  All they want is money and they could care less about a 35 year customer.  What a shoddy outfit!
