Cox WIFI App Access Not Supported

I've been trying to access the Cox WIFI app but I keep getting an Access Not Supported message. All I'm trying to do is get the 2.4G enabled. I called Cox and they were not able to help me, all they did was reset the modem. This is very frustrating. No support from cox.
