Cox Web Mail

I'm getting the following error when accessing my web mail. Earlier, someone received an e-mail from my account that I did not send asking them to look at a website. I changed my password after this but am getting the following error:

The connection to remote server 127.0.0.2 was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later

We are aware of an issue impacting some customers from accessing email. We are working to restore service as soon as possible.

My email has been down for two weeks. Today though has been the worst by far.

I'm having the same problem on a secondary account.  Was told it could take 2 months to fix issues with emails
