Cox just took the remaining money in my bank account for taking more than twice the amount of my bill????

My review non profit company is responsible for an average of 800 million rating reviews and comments per year and I think now it might be the time to use my company as a platform to get a message to the people who own Cox co. who probably have no idea how bad some of their customers are being treated by their own company and supposed customer service representatives and sales managers who are not only rude (I have recorded both verbal and written correspondence between myself and them) but also have blatantly lied about the cost and quality of the service I have paid 10’s of thousands of dollars over a decade to the cox communications global company and in last few years became the largest communications company in the United States with A value of $34 billion. They’re tough to communicate with if you’re a large company let alone a single customer who is a grain of sand attempting to speak to the ocean that is Cox, and the waves just keep throwing me around. I’m a father of a beautiful 12 year old little girl who happens to have a decease that makes her violently ill and due to its rareness there is no cure only treatment for which I am struggling to pay for and the fact that cox has just emptied my bank account taking 200 dollars for a quoted $86.92 a month original cost it’s a wonder why I’ve been paying around $200 a month for the last year. And when I call them I get churned in and out between 5 to 10 different people before they either disconnect from me or leave me with a false promise or A lack of information about what they’re able to do at this time. I could pull my hair out but I can’t be losing my patience when I have such a blessing of a daughter that needs me to take care of her and not be upset by something that you used to be just a nuisance but is now literally the reason I’m broke and I can’t make sense of why my bank is empty. I have the entire month ahead of me before I get paid on the first. I’m a single father who won’t give you this sob story of why but only tell you I’m doing everything to make sure that my daughter has necessary thing she needs to live A reasonably normal life in her circumstance I will not fell I will not lie down and I will not stay silent. I will change this review if something is done or if a responses heard that closes on and ends with A considerable change to my only request for Cox to just give me what I was quoted and not steal from me every month for something that Is an unlimited plan supposed to be for unlimited data with a contract that stipulates a specific number that does not go up or is not supposed to go up or down yet has been changed for the last 11 months every month no less than $170. I can only be poked so many times before eventually I’m forced to find A way to stop it while they are the biggest company in the United States and I am only a grain of sand with enough sand you make a beach with a big enough beach waves have a border and are blocked to go no further so I asked this message be heard and past forward to enough people to make a difference not for me but for my daughter. all I want is what I was told and what I was promised nothing more nothing less I don’t want handouts. I just want the money I need for my daughter that was taken by Cox communications a $34 billion company stealing from a single father who makes $987 a month. thank you.
