Cox has predatory payment fees.

Had an issue where my card got stolen, so my auto-pay failed. Got slapped with a $30 fee for a returned payment. Regular bill is $83.99/month. Pretty f'ing ridiculous to charge almost a 50% fee for returned payment. 

Also, it makes no sense. If someone has issues with their income, this fee makes it even harder on them, ***.
