Constant problems with the new Cox Webmail format;

Question

...links do not open; when signed in and reading emails,  a blue screen asks me to sign in again; when composing an email, my message disappears before I am done writing the email.  I do not have these problems with any other email programs, including Gmail.

Hi Eprn, it sounds like you might need to change a couple of Webmail settings to better fit your needs. Log in to Cox Webmail and click on the Settings gear icon. Choose Settings from the drop-down menu. On the Basic Settings page, change the 'automatic sign out' setting to 30 minutes. Then, click on the Inbox settings menu on the left-hand side of the page. Scroll down to the 'Auto-save email drafts' setting and change it to auto-save after 1 minute. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
