What a nice reply! It’s great that you’re sorry and can give them directions on somewhere else to go ask for help. What is the point of replying to people’s posts if you can’t take control of the situation and actually do something? Anyone can look up a number! Maybe tell Cox your job should include actual abilities to actually do something like schedule a technician?
