Cannot access Cox Webmail most of the time Part 2

Here we go again.

Webmail will not load reliably for the last three days.

The page can't be displayed.

Again, every other website loads perfectly... except COX Webmail.
I would venture to say that over the past 6 months, webmail has not worked for a month of that time.
the old postings of the same title was locked down.

Please fix your 'fixes' COX.
