Block email sender function not working.

Cox will indicate "update successful", but more junk emails come daily.  HELP

Hi ernie85017, are you attempting to block senders using the settings on myemail.cox.net? Here is some additional information on how to block senders on our WebMail platform:

www.cox.com/.../cox-email-settings.html

To clarify, is the sender you blocked still able to send you emails? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

thru the holidays i've been getting a lot of junk mail. outlook picks up a few, even though i have multiple emails from the same sender designated as spam.

i just looked at webmail & 3 more are in the spam folder.
