Are we ever getting the internet back?!?

I have been without wifi for 11 f-ing days at this point. I can understand that it may drop with the hurricane but holy hell how long is it going to take??? Its been a quarter of the month there has to be some kind of compensation for this on the bill? They keep reassuring me that they are working to fix it but still cant seem to get it up. Im at my whits end, id be better off getting star link than this non sense.
