Android device(s) are suddenly unable to use Email app to receive Cox email
I am on a Galaxy j3v and can no longer receive my cox email using the email app. I changed the settings per the cox internet security update article, and still get the following: "the username or password is incorrect or pop3/imap isn't turned for this account". Password has not changed and I can go in through Chrome to Cox website and see my email. Suggestions?

all day long. last time I got a message to come in was around 6am before I left for work. It's almost 14 hours later and still won't connect.
web mail works about one in every 3 tries too. I miss the old webmail, this enhanced is garbage. COX's own payment confirmation email shows up as SPAM for me. When I moved the linking accounts email went to spam and I didn't see it until it was almost too late since I don't check the web more than once a week.
