had techs onsite several times. Just replaced cox panoramic router and mesh WIFI 7. 
able to access sites using our phones cellular data. Also able to access when we travel outside San Diogo using other WIFI networks.
saw post that said problem was fixed by replacing cable from house to street distribution box.
any ideas how to resolve
