Hey, did your issue get resolved ? I have the same problem, my tech guy couldnt solve my issue when he came out. i also get this error FW.IPv6 FORWARD drop , 1214 Attempts idk if thats the issue but my ping will spike constantly

I did not get my issue resolved, they are currently sending out technicians again tomorrow to see if the node needs replacing etc... and then I need to tell them my experience on thursday. I don't have a lot of faith :(
