2.4g SSID not displaying

I have a DOCSIS 3.1 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) Panoramic Wifi Gateway and only the 5.g signal is displaying. I'm assuming that this is just because the 2.4g hasn't been set to broadcast as available. I'm also assuming that I can log in as admin and change this setting. However, I don't have the admin password for the router and I'd ideally like to avoid doing a factory reset to change it (especially since just about all the management I need to do for the router is accessible via the app.) 

Is there a way to make the 2.4g signal visible and accessible? Thanks!
