The last week my connection has been cutting down to a fraction of what it should be. The downstream light on the modem blinks. Sometimes it will correct itself, and sometimes if a tech resets the modem from their end it corrects it for a short time. Resetting it on my end typically does nothing.
I pay for 50MB down, and am getting 10.
When I check the stats on the modem, I see that channel 5 says unknown and has a huge amount of corrected codewords, and usually an even larger amount of uncorrectables.
My service has worked mostly fine since it was set up, nothing has changed about the wiring or equipment.
I have attached screens of the status pages/logs.

Looks like a signal issue at 861MHZ Channel ID 93. Do you have a signal Amp
Other then that, I suggest checking all connections, and anywhere signal could be leaking in like a bad splitter or wall plate.

I look at your modem in our diagnostics and I'm drawn to the same thing. Why do you have ONE channel that looks that ugly?
That range unavoidably overlaps with land mobile radio communications frequencies, so I suspect some kind of signal ingress.
Checking up and down your street, nobody with a DOCSIS 2 modem is on that frequency, but no one else with DOCSIS 3 has the same problem with that frequency, so I'd have to suggest the usual troubleshooting. Even if you haven't changed anything, double-check your cable connections to make sure they're secure and undamaged - http://bit.ly/CheckCoaxialConnections - and if that doesn't fix it, we'll need to put in a service call.
