EOD content isn't controlled by Cox. It is set up by content providers. Alot of times they will upload the wrong version of a series (HD not SD, wrong audio or CC, 4:3/16:9, etc) and will take it down, but then will either take a while to replace it, or won't replace it all sometimes.
Also...did you type "expletive deleted"? If you know swearing is wrong on a public forum...why fake it?

We upload the content as we receive it from the network broadcasters. What episode numbers are not listed, I can report this to our programming team to make sure there were no mishaps.

That's because it's now on FXX, not FX. FXX doesn't have an On Demand channel.
