Xbox 360 live never passes "Matchmaking". Drops in Destiny every time.
I have a C630BD Router/Modem connected wireless to the Xbox 360. I have a static IP on the Xbox 360 and ports 3074, 80 & 88 forwarded. What else do I need to setup? Very frustrating .

I've never heard of matchmaking however if you run the Internet test and you're seeing a NAT type of strict you can often fix that by removing any static configurations and port forwarding then enable UPnP on the router and Xbox.
