wireless internet
I already have high speed internet. Do I have to pay extra for wireless.

Short answer; Yes, but usually just for the equipment you buy.
Think of wireless internet like a cordless phone. Your adding a piece of equipment to the service to make it wireless. Except instead of buying a cordless phone, you need to buy a wireless router. Also, your computer needs to be capable of wireless. Just about every laptop and tablet these days are, but most desktops are not, unless you buy a seperate wireless adapter for them.
It gets a bit more complicated if you buy the router from Cox. If you buy the router from them, and they set it up with a professional install, and then pay the extra Home Network protection plan, they "should" support it, meaning if you have trouble with your wireless, you can call them for help. However, I find that not every representative honors this (depending on their training) and even when they do, the support given is somewhat limited.
