MMS would use the same services as SMS as far as the phone number, so it would not matter if you using Wifi or not using that format.

I am using am app that says you want you can send over mms of your carrier supports mms over WiFi. This is why I wanted to know of Cox supports mms over WiFi.

Yes, as long as the app works with an Internet connection there's no reason it wouldn't work with our service.
