WiFi

Should the light on the router, the ethernet part of it have a blinking AMBER color? Shouldn't it be green like the others? When I reset it, it is green then it will turn to AMBER. I also was unable to stream a movie to my TV (again. I thought Cox had solved that issue) The movie kept dropping, stating that I was not on the internet even though I was. HELP! I am RENTING  this Modem/WiFi unit and expect it to work!!!
