WHY
When I upgraded my tv last month I asked what is the cheapest route for TV. I got TV Avanced Preferred which is 280+ channels for 119 dollars a month but yet TV Advanced premier is 340+ channels and its only 92 dollars a month???? Feels like I got screwed over!!!!

Hmm...Advanced TV Preferred is $82.99/month ($52.99/month for the first 3 months. Advanced TV Premiere is $92.99/month (62.99 for the first 3 months.)
What are you not telling us?
Did they at least give you a cigarette afterword?

If I were a frugal consumer...I wouldn't buy anything labeled Preferred, Premier or Ultimate. You got screwed because it was easy. Call Cox and downgrade to Cox TV Economy ($38.99/ for 155 channels)...or buy and HDTV antenna and get free over-the-air broadcasts in your area. antennapoint.com
