Why is my Cox bundle $120/mo more than AT&T U-verse?

AT&T just quoted me $120/mo less for the exact same TV-DVR, Channel, Internet and Phone bundle. 

Before I signed up, I gave Cox a shot at matching the price, but when I called the customer retention rep ("Dee") they said they couldn't access my account tonight or tomorrow, but they would get back to me someday.

Cox, your service is horrible and way over-priced...  it is insulting that you play the "I can't access your record" game when someone calls to cancel.

Look for the #coxsucks hashtag on Twitter and Facebook.  I'll be watching TV over on U-Verse with an extra $1400/year in my pocket.
