Why is Cox the only cable provider who is not a provider for internet-based NBC Golf Extra streaming?

Went to watch the Rider Cup on NBC Sports online, and when I tried to view the Rider Cup, it wouldn't allow me to log in because Cox is not on the list of internet providers (although AT&T, Time/Warner, Comcast, DirectTV, Dish, etc. all are.)  However, if I want to watch Premier League Football (soccer)...no problem. Well done, Cox, well done, for keeping your subscribers from international golf of the highest level.
