I agree. It is getting worse and worse and they don't seem to be doing anything about it. Of course Cox says it is not a problem on there end but how can this many people be having the same internet issues. I am so frustrated with Cox.

I did take a look at your modem from this end and it is reporting some pretty poor signal levels. It may be necessary for a technician to come out and take another look.
