Why do I need to enter my Zip Code while login into Webmail?

It's an extra step and my account information (zip code) should be available once I enter my ID/password.

You need to turn on cookies in your browser.  It will only ask you the zip code once then save it.

Thanks... Sadly our company policy delete cookies after closing the IE browser... it looks like will need to continue entering the zip code every time I open a new session
