Why do I need a receiver?
Why do I need a standard receiver, when I plug my cable directly into my TV and get cable?

A. Plugging directly into your TV is fine, if you only want 50 or so SD analog channels and a handful of ClearQAM HD versions of local OTA stations. A cable box will let you also choose among 200-300 digital SD and HD channels.
B. Soon, Cox will be going all-digital. Plugging directly into your TV will get you...NADA!
