Where can I find on your web site information about areas that might be experiencing outages during storms?

It would be great to get information about what areas in AZ are experiencing outages during a major storm.  I'm not sure if my TV is dying or there is an outage in my area due to a major storm that just came through my area.  If the system is down in my area, I'd like to know that and when the problem might be resolved.  Maybe a place where some troubleshooting ideas and how to restore the power....should I unplugged my TV?  Should I disconnect my cable from the TV during a lightning storm?  I think of lots of questions that should be answered, so I don't have to call COX or go to online chat....
