Where can i find directions for using Pandora on my tv?
I just signed up to get Pandora on my Record 6 (Cisco 9865). The music is great. How do i skip ahead to a different song if i don't want to hear the one that is playing?
It asked me to set up my own "Music Stations".... i entered some artists' names. I don't want to enter "Pop Music" or Rock Music or Soul Music unless i know how to skip songs. What do i press to skip a song?
I went to pandora.com/cox but didn't find any explanations.
Any tips from users about finding and using the features of Pandora?
For anyone who doesn't know about Pandora it is located in the Interactive Services (pressing the blue Cox button on the remote).
The DVR offered me the option to SIGN OFF unless i plan to return to Pandora. So i selected SIGN OFF since i was going to not watch for a few hours. That wasn't a good idea. I had to enter up a new Pandora password (it appears on the tv screen) to get it to work again. I guess it just stays on permanently.

It states the FFWD will skip the current track. Just be aware Pandora limits the number of tracks you can skip ... a free account can skip 6 tracks per hour up to a max of 24 per day. See here: http://help.pandora.com/customer/portal/articles/24601-skip-limit
Enjoy Pandora, we've been using it almost daily for years on an old 1st gen iPod Touch sitting in a Sound Dock.

Thanks Allen. You have solved my problem about skipping a song. I'll also experiment with the Thumbs Down to see if the song immediately stops playing or if it continues but never reappears in the future. I also need to figure out the best approach to setting up My Stations. Right now i am only entering the name of the singer or band. I want to expand that but i don't want to set a station that only gets me 1 song out of 5 that i want (genre). Thanks for your warning about only skipping 6 tracks per hour.
