The other night, I was on the road and hadn't planned on it, so stopped by a friend's and logged into the Cox website and set my DVR. Next day, sit down to watch it only to find that it never recorded. Deal with someone via chat who says the issue has been resolved. Not that I get to go back and watch the show or anything. So, it's on again Saturday, no big deal. I set it to record--this time directly from the settop box. Get home only to find out it has recorded an entirely different show that wasn't even supposed to be on tonight. Because it's a CBS show, no on demand option. Granted, I can watch it on their site, but what does that do? Can't watch it on the big screen unless I want to spend time hooking it up and get dinged for bandwidth usage. GG Cox.

If sports was on the day you set it to record the second time the show you intended to record could have been bumped. Have you had any problems scheduling recording since this?
